Gingivitis

Gums disease can appear in a 3 stages, first starting with gingivitis. Gingivitis is simply inflammation of the gum tissue as a result of not brushing and flossing consistently.  This stage is reversible with a professional cleaning and proper home care. If gingivitis goes untreated the disease will progress to the next 2 stages called Periodontal disease.  This is an irreversible stage where bone loss that supports your teeth will not grow back.
