All Porcelain Crowns

Most people either have or know someone with a crown with that unsightly black line next to the gums! The reason porcelain fused to a metal base are so unsightly is light cannot penetrate through the tooth like natural teeth. The light is reflected back and the tooth does not match the surrounding natural teeth. The black line is created by the metal in the crown because gum tissue is allergic to most of those metals causing the gum tissue to move away from the metal and expose the unsightly unaesthetic black line!

At Cottonwood Creek Dental we provide our patients with state of the art all porcelain crowns that will NEVER cause the gums to move away from the crown and more importantly never show a black line because there is NO Metal! These crowns allow light to penetrate through the tooth just as a natural tooth providing a restoration that will literally escape detection!
