Our treatment recommendations are not designed based on your insurance plan coverage but rather on what you need. We accept most insurance plans. Our office will be happy to assist you with insurance and call for pre-certifications as needed. Co-payments and uninsured portions of your care are due at the time of service. Our office accepts cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard or AMEX.
For those who do not have the benefit of insurance, our office has very affordable uninsured plans.
